Grains-Vegetables-Beans-Fish-Vitamins Avoid no-fiber foods like chicken, skim milk, turkey, margarine, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, grease/oil... Delicious, Low Heat, Slowly Cooked, Warm Veggies Can Easily Control Hunger You won’t believe how delicious slowly and low heat cooked vegetables are... You won’t be hungry... Salt (Sodium), High Blood Pressure, The 300/3000 Rule, and "Walking on Clouds" The rule is: not more than 300 mg of sodium, that is, 9% or less on the label, in the serving that you eat!
