It's Your Choice Prevent All Diseases, Not Just One

It is my job as a professional to share my knowledge with you. I have written and read numerous medical articles, taken and given cooking lessons, attended lectures, spoken in churches and universities, etc. What I know is that if you do as I ask, you will see me (or other doctors) a lot less. If you want to see me (or other doctors) more, simply don't do as I ask. I can only offer you the information that will help decrease your high blood pressure, overweight, diverticulitis, coronary artery disease, etc. to "Prevent All Diseases, Not Just One."

Why do you think I spend so much time, saying over and over again, "grains, vegetables, and beans." Yes, I agree those words do have a nice ring to them, but I assure you G-V-B are like the keys to a doctor's office. If you eat GVB more, then you use the keys to come to my office less and if you eat GVB less then you use the keys more to come to my office. The choice is yours; would you like to see me (or other doctors) less or more? If the answer is more, then don't do as I recommend. If the answer is "yes", then you know what to do. It's your choice.

When you eat, smoke, drink, etc, what you should not, you are literally in church praying "Dear God, please give me heart attack or cancer." If you don't want cancer or heart attack, etc., don't ask for it as in "Ask and it shall be given unto you."
