Problems and SolutionsStress comes from focusing on problems, relief comes from focusing on solutions. Regardless of what “the bother” is, if you deal with it not as a problem, but a situation in need of a solution, then there is nothing to be uptight about. Stress makes one uptight, solutions are calming and stress relieving. It is merely that “you have been selected for this challenge.” So just do as best you can. H.
